Your email is used only for authentication, account verification, password reset, and essential account-security communication. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in.
When you chat with Mochi, we send your message and only the categories of data you have enabled in Privacy & AI to a large language model provider. Journal and mood data are off by default. We never send your password, authentication tokens, or reset tokens to any AI service.
Data is stored in our managed database on Supabase infrastructure. Connections use HTTPS. Row Level Security policies restrict every row to the account that owns it.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your private content for model training. We share data with the sub-processors required to operate the service (hosting, database, AI inference).
We retain your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, associated rows are removed on a rolling basis.
You can download your data as JSON from Settings → Data at any time. Passwords, tokens, and internal security metadata are never included.
You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Data. This ends all sessions, deletes your app data, and removes your authentication record.
MochiMind is intended for users aged 13 and older. You must confirm your age during signup. If we learn a younger child created an account, we will remove it.
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, per-user access controls, and secure password hashing handled by our authentication provider.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
